A very small group of people knew why Jack Roush accused Ray Evernham of doing something illegal to tires in 1998. In fact, we knew more about it than Jack Roush or Ray Evernham did, as it had absolutely nothing to do with either of them. Confused yet? Hahaha! Maybe one day someone will tell the real story?
