SpaceX Starlink Mission

A few days ago, at 5:28 AM, the morning of Saturday, June 13, I went in my back yard to let my dogs out and happened to catch the SpaceX Starlink mission in the sky to the East-Northeast. Not only did I not know SpaceX was going to have a launch that morning, but I really wasn’t fully aware of what I was seeing in the sky, as we don’t normally see rocket launches here in South-Central NC. After discussing it with a good friend, he clued me in the mission had launched minutes before. His knowledge took this video from being a UFO, to an IFO!

Don’t be like me, keep up with the SpaceX launches here: https://www.spacex.com/launches/index.html

Welcome to my online home since 2004. I blog a bit about my life as it happens, my work as I am permitted, and occasional throwback entries. When I'm not writing new posts, I actively curate this blog, improving the wording or adding new media to old posts, and finally finishing old drafts I've left sitting for years. It is not my intention to be a source of news or content. I don’t have anything to sell, and I’m not trying to get likes/shares/follows. This site is an autobiographical effort - imperfections and all. My life, remembered in my words, my way.
