*One of Mary Myrick’s best recipes*
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 6 cups frozen hash browns
- 1-2 Tbs. bacon pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a blender, combine the dressing mix, milk and cream cheese. Pour mixture over the potatoes and bacon pieces in a 9″ baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
