*One of Mary Myrick’s best recipes*
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1-½ Tbs. fresh dill, finely chopped (or 2 tsps. dried dill weed)
Combine, cover and chill until ready to use.
The nicely minced garlic in a small jar in the produce section of the grocery store can be substituted where called for.
